Often, yes. Pre-revenue products are valued on replacement cost, completeness, technical quality, users, waitlists, domain and how easy they are to transfer. We deliberately avoid inflated numbers: trust matters more than an exciting figure.
No. Buyer funds go directly to an independent, regulated escrow provider. Funds are released to the seller after the buyer confirms the transfer. Our fee is settled inside the escrow transaction.
